Registration is free for a limited number of applicants from partner institutes. For more details related to the free registration, please contact the coordinator at your institute. For coordinators check the main page.
Registration fee (for participants from non-partner institutions)
is: EUR 410
The registration fee does not include the price of the accommodation!
Either you ask a room trough the registration form, or you book on your own.
The registration includes:
Lectures at the summer school
Printed materials
Computer lab for practices
Banquet (17 EUR)
Excursion (58 EUR)
Lunches during the summer school (approximately 5 minutes of walking from the summer school location)
Coffee & tea in coffee breaks
For applicants with CEEPUS grant: Accommodation, lunches, banquet, excursion, has to be covered from the scholarship.
For participants from partner institutes: Traveling tickets will be reimbursed up to 200 EUR (for AT and RO up to 100 EUR), traveling tickets and their invoice (including vat) needs to be presented. The invoice should be issued to the following address (only invoice to ELTE will be accepted, we do not accept invoices to your name or to your institution address !!!):
