[P4] EIT Digital proposal - Deeply programmable high-speed data planes

Dear All,

I hope you managed to open the proposal document on the EIT portal. I 
made an attempt to fill all the relevant boxes in the forms.

I ask you to check it and feel free to modify the content or send me 
your suggestion. I will also meet with a BDA tomorrow, asking his help 
in creating a proper business plan that fits well to our open source 
project idea. According to our previous projects, the total FTE number 
should be somewhere 10-12. Now it is 11.45 which is good. I will also 
ask about the total budget size.

URGENT Action points:
* Please check the document and start filling/extend the content
* Fill the budget tables, you can also reorganize the FTEs if you want. 
If you increase the total FTE please also send me a mail.
* Upload the Carrier projects with the budget
* TU Berlin - I got no feedback about the involvement of Deutsche 
Telekom. If they are not interested in, we have to find another operator 
asap. So, please send me a name so that I could add them to the proposal.
* Ericsson - ELTE could take the lead of this proposal, but my opinion 
that it would be stronger if Ericsson as the business champion can take 
this role.
* Estimate numbers for the sustainability part - based on education...? 
Do we need an educational task? Currently, it is also part of the 
technical tasks.

Please try to cover APs by tomorrow evening.

!!!! One more IMPORTANT thing: If you edit anything on the portal, 
please click on the save button after every changes, since it may happen 
that the session is expired and then every changes is lost and you have 
to do every modification again. Unfortunately, I know what I am talking 
about. So try to avoid working twice.
