Please read this message carefully as it contains a number of important
details.
1. [Action required] Although the P4 Workshop does not have proceedings, we
would like to post your abstract on the workshop website. Please email me
by Monday, May 7 with either (i) an indication that you do not wish to post
your abstract or (ii) the final version of your abstract.
2. [Action required] We have created space in the workshop program to allow
each demo to give a 1-minute, 1-slide, lightning talk on the main stage.
For efficiency and seamlessness, we will collect all demo slides in advance
of the workshop. Please email me by Tuesday May 29 (i) confirming that
you're interested in giving a lightning talk and (ii) with a copy of your
lightning slide in 16:9 format (preferably in PDF).
3. Each demo station will be supplied a 4'x30" table, two chairs, and a
sign with the title of the demo and the names/affiliations of
demonstrators. Each table will have access to a power strip, with power
for 2 laptops and a monitor (demonstrators are responsible for bringing
their own equipment). If your demo equipment requires additional power, let
us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. You can come as
early as 7:00am on the day of the workshop to set up. Please check-in with
the registration desk upon arrival and someone will escort you to the demo
room. If you’d like to bring a poster to accompany your demonstration,
please have it printed on 36”x48” poster paper. We will supply an easel,
PVC board, and double-sided tape for you to mount the poster.
