I got word today that Mellanox asic and switches support p4-16.  Thus, their information has been added to the list I maintain at:

https://github.com/hesingh/p4-info/blob/master/README.md

See new item 2.

Also, it’s so refreshing that Mellanox’s p4c uses open-source p4lang/p4c frontend and midend.  The p4c backend to their asic is proprietary but I was informed plans are underway to open source some of the backend as well. This is what I’d consider a good platform for researchers working with p4.
