Dear all,

I am very glad that so many of you have indicated an interest in 
pitching and since we have very many that are interested in doing so we 
have a number of housekeeping rules at the Partner Event.

As you are well aware EIT D has the goal to create market success and 
therefore we are requesting pitches to look at market opportunity, hence 
we ask to have the pitches be structured along the line presented in the 
attached slide.

The pitches shall last up to 7 minutes 5 minutes for presentation and 2 
minutes for Q&A so all that wish can get a chance to pitch.

We also know that we can leverage our partnership excellence in 
technology and that technology can be our winning differentiator. So you 
are encouraged to include in your market focussed pitch a reference to a 
desirable technology that you need or/and to technology you can make 
available.

We are also providing a space for those of you that want to pitch your 
expertise and technology through poster sessions.

If you are interested in taking advantage of these opportunities please 
make sure to send me your pitch by Thursday March 16th at the latest.  I 
will review it and will come back to you by March 18th providing 
feedback and indicating if you will be scheduled to present it in the 
Workshop or in the Poster session. All pitches in the workshop will have 
to have "market focus”.

I am really looking forward to meeting you and to at the WS.
