Dear All,
Please find a short summary of the EIT Digital pre-call workshop below:
1. Call will be announced on 14th March and submission deadline is 5th May.
2. Impact on market - Create a product/service OR create a startup OR
transfer technology
3. Go-to-market startegy
4. Project duration: 1st january 2018 - 31st December 2018 -
continuation is also possible
4. I do not think that there is too much changes compared to last year -
but the chance of winning is based on the position of EIT Digital within
EIT. As far as I know last year almost every project proposal has been
accepted - since Digital got higher funding than they previously expected.
I attached two slides: 1) the official presentation about the goals of
this call with dates and expected impacts; 2) a presentation on our
project idea. My idea was to sell our P4 compiler as the technology
available (of course it requires maturation and experimentation) and we
are looking for business opportunity. Besides technology improvements we
have to put emphasis on business aspects as well.
I have just created a doodle poll for a meeting where we can discuss the
proposal idea in more detail.
Best,
Sandor
