Our P4Paxos source code is here:
https://github.com/usi-systems/p4paxos/tree/master/p4src
The P4 programs simply parse Ethernet / IP / UDP / Paxos and exact match
on some header fields and modify some fields. However, we heavily use
registers that may require a lot of memory.
