[Konkurens] assignment

Hi Everyone,

I made an assignment for this semester's concurrent programming. You can
find the description as attachment. The svn version also includes the
solution.

It's very short. The solution is just a single file with barely more than a
hundred lines of code, so checking hundreds of submissions should be fairly
easy. Despite not needing a lot of lines of code to work, I think it
requires a fair bit of creativity to solve. Also, pretty much all the core
concepts of the subject are included in one way or another.

I intend to give the text a little polish and translate it to Hungarian.
Other than that, this is supposed to be the final version.
