[Distributed_systems] today's meeting: urgent tasks (!)

Dear Dani,

„3. Share the Distributed Systems/Class materials folder with your team by clicking "+ Add cloud storage" and then "Sharepoint" in your team's Files tab.”

Sorry, but I’m not sure about this step above (step 3), could you possibly help me somehow?

I start with selecting my group’s General channel, then the Files on the top.
(Here, I already have a „Class Materials” folder that is empty - „Read-only class files go here—students can read these files, but only teachers can edit.”.)
When in the „root” folder („General”), I choose the „+ Add cloud storage” on the top, then Sharepoint.

I’m here now (see picture below). What should be the next few steps?

When choosing Class Materials, I get „No issues were found. Class Materials is ready to use.” and Back / OK.
When choosing Use Sharepoint Link, I get „You can paste the link to a site or folder on SharePoint.” and Back / Next
When choosing Relevant sites, I get „Distributed Systems – Instructors https://ikelte.sharepoint.com/sites/DistributedSystems-Instructors  // Csoportwebhely https://ikelte.sharepoint.com” and Back / Next.

As we agreed on today's meeting with Tamás, Robi and Ferenc, please all do the following tasks today or ASAP:

  1.  Enter the link of your MS Teams teams in this spreadsheet: https://ikelte.sharepoint.com/sites/DistributedSystems-Instructors/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?OR=teams&action=edit&sourcedoc={D01EA886-C968-4891-9A49-9973F5D3B72F}<https://ikelte.sharepoint.com/sites/DistributedSystems-Instructors/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?OR=teams&action=edit&sourcedoc=%7bD01EA886-C968-4891-9A49-9973F5D3B72F%7d>
     *   Note: This will be used by Tamás for redistributing Robi's students.
  2.  Invite all your students to team "Distributed Systems" (General channel). You can do this in bulk by clicking the "Add Member" button and typing the full name of your team.
     *   This team will be dedicated for storing and propagating files and information (e.g. teaching materials) that should be shared across all the labs and lectures.
     *   Double check not to invite anyone in the "Instructors" channels, which is only for us.
     *   Upgrade the above spreadsheet, when done.
  3.  Share the Distributed Systems/Class materials folder with your team by clicking "+ Add cloud storage" and then "Sharepoint" in your team's Files tab.
