[Distributed_systems] today's meeting: lab format

On the meeting, we also agreed on the common format for the labs.
(Attendees, feel free to correct me if I got it wrong somewhere.)

The common format:

 1. Before each class, students will get a short video that introduces
the topic and demonstrates how to use the basic tools. Students are
expected to watch this video before the class.
 2. During the class students get an assignment in BEAD and they are
expected to solve it by the end of the class. The teacher hosts a
meeting, and students can ask their questions live, listen to
    students' questions.
 3. If requested by the students, the teacher should be able to
demonstrate the solution or parts of the solution.
 4. After the class, we publish the solution to classwork assignment,
and students get an additional homework assignment, with a deadline.

For this, the following teaching materials should be produced for each
class:

  * *Introductory demo video (screencast with voice). You can use any
software (e.g. OBS) to prepare and edit the video.
    *
  * Optional: Written transcript for the video.
  * *Classwork assignment: text, tester, solution.*
  * Optional:  Demo of solving the assignment. (In case you used special
    magic tricks, etc.)
  * *Homework assignment: text, tester, solution.*

Notes:

  * All of this will be shared between the courses. So if there are 7
weeks in the semesters, and you sign up for preparing the material
for 1 week, you will get the other 6 weeks' teaching materials for
free, and have 6 very relaxing class meetings ;)
  * The official requirements of the labs will not (and are not allowed
    to) change.
  * This is in effect starting with week 8. (Ferenc, you can prepare
week 7 in the earlier format, since there's not much time left to
    configure your setup.)

As a reminder, we need everyone to*sign up for preparing class
materials* in this spreadsheet:

Thanks,

Dániel
