[Distributed_systems] teams instructors channel will be moved

Dear All,

Unfortunately, Teams doesn't allow using Planner and Forms in private 
channels. Nor does it allow pre-scheduling meetings in private channels.

For this reason I will move us into a separate team today after 20:00, 
where we have all these features. Then, I will delete the old channel.

We keep the Distributed Systems team alive, and it stays the place where 
we publish content for all the students together.

If you have to backup something from the old channel (probably not), 
please do it before that time.
