[Champmodel] Web, API, Eclipse weekly report

1. We finished the bugfixing on the webui.
2. Tibi and his co. tested the api and the http-lib and finished the viewapi.
3. Robi, the eclipse plugin specialist, and I are half way to depict  
his thesis.

next week:
     - merge the apis (core team api, GrokkerAPI) - strongly suggested
     - merge the webservers (fcgi, mine) - strongly suggested
     - persuade someone to extend the sqlwrapper with new features.
