This week:

  * prototype of the new Core --> testable version available in
    /branches/upcoming
      o sql subsystem --> partially reimplemented, interface freeze
      o persistence --> lazy load implemented
      o built-in http server --> bugs fixed (static handler, proper
        stopping, serialization, etc..), core access implemented

Next week:

  * sql subsystem --> handling more primitive types
  * persistence --> caching specification
  * built-in http server -> service handler, more tests
